WORKING WITH RESIN CAST PARTS

PLEASE, after reading this, take a moment to click on whether or not this guide was helpful to you. The options are at the bottom of this page. Thank you. When using resin cast parts, if they are distorted and/or warped, the items can be heated with a hair/blowdryer to soften them (they will soften quickly depending on thickness) and then 'placed' or twisted, in any shape that is needed.
The same goes for styrene plastic, though it has been my experience, with bodies anyway, that the resin heats and softens quicker, so some experimentation is called for.

And above all, it does require patience. Don't get the item too hot right away, just a little may do the trick, especially on the 'HIGH' setting for heat.Though a more extensive read, more information here. Copy and paste to your URL filed: http://www.flickr.ge/photo_zoom.gne?id=591215194
