When buying a scooter please make sure a of a number of things; 1. you get assembly instructions 2. you make sure if your state requires Certifate of Origin, Bill of Sale, if so make sure its shipped with the bike. These were my mistakes, which have not been fixed since i bought my scooter 5 weeks ago!!
