I must be missing something very important. Link CNN article The day care center folks have voted to not to accept the invitation to return with the children to the swim club, and, according to the CNN article, are going to sue the swim club. What does it mean to be damaged emotionally for a child nowadays? Have racists remarks been elevated to thee most damaging remarks a child can hear? What am I missing? Teaching the children to Not work it if there is an opportunity to sue. The first thing I would do is return with the children. Teach them to stand up for who they are. AND, help others understand who they are. The swim club manager handled the entire matter very badly. Now, the day care center is handling the entire matter even worse than the swim club manager, IMO.
