New Book - Military History -- The Liberty

June 8, 1967. Israeli forces attacked The Libertyin international waters. 34 sailors died and 171 were injured. The whole thing was supressed -- swept under the rug. James Ennes wrote Assault on the Liberty. There are allegations that the book was suppressed in a variety of ways. Now comes Attack on the Liberty by James Scott. The reviews I've seen have been positive and he's working with materials that have been de-classified since Ennes wrote his book. I've just started it. If you have an interest in military history, it's probably worth reading.
