The first few times I used best offer I was hesitant-- but had some early success with people offering close to my asking price. Now the last few have been so incredibly low I wonder if 'I'm doing it right' do people really accept best offers that are less than ten percent of their asking price? Do people who offer ten percent (or less) of your price expect you to come back with a reasonable offer and to negotiate from there? What are your experiences if you use this selling system? I finally came to peace with it by considering it a 'dutch auction' ....
